Privacy

How AMI handles your data.

AMI may store data in the browser and, if you create an account or sync, also in the AMI database for cross-device restore. Data is used only for personal metabolic navigation.

Data collected

What AMI may process

AMI may process: profile (age, sex, weight, waist, height, goal), fasting sessions, labs/biomarkers you enter, daily signals, XP, active plan, and sync state.

Optional labs and health-adjacent signals require explicit consent and should be handled as sensitive personal data.

Use

How we use data

Your data supports metabolic navigation: route estimates, daily coaching, fasting safety, and continuity across devices. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.

Sync

Account and device copies

The account enables data restore. If you do not sync, the browser may remain the main copy.

Retention

How long data is kept

While your account exists, we keep what is needed for your trajectory and billing. After account deletion we remove email, password, identifiable clinical data, sessions, plan, and the local copy on this device. Payment invoices are kept as tax law requires, and de-identified clinical data may be kept for research with no link to you.

Delete account

Delete your account and your data

You can delete your AMI account from Settings inside the app, or on the open web without installing the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled at that moment.
